Questions buyers ask.

What regions does an Egypt DMC cover?

Discovery Tours Egypt covers six regions: Cairo & Giza, Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan & Nubia (with Abu Simbel), the Red Sea coast and the Western Desert. Alexandria and the Western Desert are run from Cairo. Our offices are in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and the Red Sea.

When is the main season for Egypt programmes?

Egypt is a year-round destination. October to April offers the most comfortable temperatures for sightseeing (20 to 28 °C). On the Red Sea the sea is swimmable all year, March to May and September to November suit most programmes, and summer is hot on land. Ramadan dates shift annually, and our team advises on scheduling around local observances.

How does a DMC handle multi-region Egypt itineraries?

Discovery Tours Egypt coordinates internal transfers, accommodation and guiding across regions. A single programme manager oversees the whole itinerary however many regions it includes, with handoffs between our teams in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and the Red Sea.
